We decided to stop in Wiggins, MS, on our way home from Lucedale this past weekend so William could meet his Great Grandmother (Bill's grandmother). William greeted his great-grand with a gummy grin and mouth full of drool. Grandmother W was fascinated with his tiny feet...and we discovered William is ticklish on his feet...
William was a big hit with ALL of the nursing home residents. Seriously...no sooner had I walked in the door and immediately the residents were asking me to bring them the baby. I think we had visited with 3 other patients before making our way to his great-grandmother.
It's amazing how much the elderly enjoy babies (I had no idea!)...maybe when we move to Houston William and I can visit/volunteer at nursing homes.
Anyway...the visit went good and we hope to get back for another visit soon!
